Apples, cored and diced
Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts, cooked and diced
stalks Celery, chopped
cup Plain Yogurt
cup Walnuts, chopped
Mix chicken, apples, celery and walnuts. Set aside. Stir together yogurt, mayo and honey. Pour over chicken mixture and mix well to coat evenly. Season with salt and pepper if desired. Line plates with lettuce leaves if desired and place salad on top of leaves.
