A yummy vegetarian pizza with a lot of flavor and texture!

Recipe Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Broccoli, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Carrots, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Cauliflower, chopped
  • 2 cups Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/2 cup Onion, chopped
  • 1 packet of Pizza Crust, unbaked
  • 1 1/2 cups Ranch Salad Dressing
  • 1/2 cup Red Pepper, chopped


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Place pizza crust on baking sheet and sperad dressing evenly over the top.
  3. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese, cover with all vegetables, then top with mozzarella cheese.
  4. Bake in preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, until vegetables are tender, and cheese is melted and lightly browned.
