Recipe Ingredients

  • 5 cups Chicken Broth
  • 1 package Refrigerated Cheese Tortellini, 9 oz.
  • 3 1/2 cups Shredded Carrots
  • 3 cups Spinach, torn
  • 1 cup Yellow Summer Squash, chopped


  1. In a large saucepan, combine broth, carrots, and chopped squash. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 5 minutes. Stir in spinach and tortellini. Cover and cook for 5 minutes, or until tortellini is heated through.
