cup Olive Oil
package Dry Onion Soup Mix
1.Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F.
2.Slice the potatoes in half or quarters.
3.Place potatoes in a medium bowl and add oil and soup mix. Stir to combine.
4.Line a large baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray with nonstick spray.
5.Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, turning the potatoes halfway through. Take them out when they are fork tender.
