Sweet Summertime Chicken Thighs

Recipe Ingredients

  • 2 large Lemons
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tbsp Whole Grain Mustard
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 6 large Chicken Thighs, Boneless, Skinless
  • 1 dash Sea Salt, To taste

Instructions

  1. 1. Crush the sea salt, peppercorns and garlic. 2. Juice the lemons into a large bowl. Add the honey, Worcestershire sauce and the mustard and mix well. Add the crushed salt, garlic and peppercorns and mix again. 3. Place the chicken in to a roasting dish in a single layer. Pour the marinade over the chicken and rub in. Cover and place in fridge for at least an hour. 4. Daub a thin glazing of honey over the thighs and place in a preheated oven at 350 degrees for 45 minutes, turning thighs over half way through.
