Sriracha Chicken Wraps

Recipe Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 1 large Onion
  • 2 large Garlic Cloves
  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Rice Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Ginger
  • 8 ounce Water chestnuts
  • 2 large Green Onions
  • 1 head Lettuce
  • 1/2 tsp Kosher Salt
  • 1 tbsp Hoisin Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Sriracha Sauce

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat olive oil in saucepan over medium high heat. Add ground chicken and cook until browned, about 5 minutes. 2. Stir in garlic, white onion, hoisin sauce, soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, ginger and Sriracha until onions become translucent, about 2 minutes. 3. Stir in chestnuts and green onions until tender, about 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste. 4. To serve, spoon several tablespoons of chicken mixture into center of lettuce wrap and eat taco style.
