Slow Cooked Mac and Cheese

Recipe Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Butter, melted
  • 4 cups Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • 1 can Cheddar Cheese Soup
  • 2 Eggs, beaten
  • 1 package Elbow Macaroni, (16 oz.)
  • 1 can Evaporated Milk, 12 ounces
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon Paprika

Instructions

  1. Cook macaroni according to package directions. Drain and place in slow cooker. Add melted butter. In a bowl combine eggs, evaporated milk, soup, milk and 3 cups of the cheese. Pour this mixture over the macaroni, stir to combine. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Cook 15 minutes longer or until cheese is melted. Sprinkle with paprika.
