Roasted Garlic Asparagus

Recipe Ingredients

  • 1/2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 8 clove Garlic Cloves
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 large Lemon
  • 2 pound Asparagus
  • 1/2 teaspoon Kosher Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. 2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 3. In a small pot heat oil, garlic and onion powder on low heat. Cook 3 minutes, until the garlic mixture is fragrant but not browned. 4. Trim ends from asparagus and spread in single layer on prepared pan. Lightly sprinkle with salt and pepper. Drizzle on the garlic-oil mixture. 5. Roast 8-10 minutes, until asparagus are bright green.
