4 portobello mushroom caps
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar

Let stand at room temperature for 15 minutes, turning a couple of times. Preheat grill for medium high heat. Brush grate with oil. Place mushrooms on the grill, save remaining marinade. These were so yummy! My husband and kids didn't even know they were mushrooms until the first bite. They cook up really small so I would suggest buying the biggest caps available unless you want to use two smaller caps per burger. The marinade is really delicious.
