Double Cheese Meat Roll

11/2 ground beef
1 eggs
3/4 cup ritz crackers, crumbled
1/2 cup onion, chopped
2 can tomato sauce
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon Oregano
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

Mix together all ingredients except cheese. Shape into a flat rectangle, about 10x12 inches, on waxed paper. Sprinkle cheese over meat mixture. Roll up like a jelly roll and press ends together to seal. Bake in shallow dish at 350 for one hour and 15 minutes. Drain excess fat before serving.
