cups Brown Sugar
cups Cheddar or Favorite Mixed Cheeses, grated
Flour or Wheat Tortillas
cups Lettuce, shredded
cup Sour Cream
1. Combine roast, salsa and brown sugar in slow cooker and cook on low 8 hours or on high 5 hours.
2. Shred with fork.
3. Spoon meat onto one side of tortilla. Add desired toppings and fold to secure.
Optional toppings: Grated cheese, lettuce, sour cream
