Recipe Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
  • 2 teaspoon White Vinegar
  • 2 teaspoon Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 pounds Salmon Fillets

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat broiler to high and set rack about 6 inches from heat source. Prepare broiler pan with cooking spray. 2. Cut salmon into approximately 6 ounce portions. Season with salt and pepper. 3. In a small bowl whisk together the mustard, vinegar and brown sugar. Spread the mixture over all sides of each piece of salmon. 4. Cook under the preheated broiler until the fish flakes easily with a fork, 10 to 15 minutes.
