Recipe Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Distilled White Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • 3/4 pound Cooked Ham
  • 1 can Pineapple Chunks
  • 1 teaspoon Yellow Mustard

Instructions

  1. 1.Preheat grill to high heat 2.In a medium bowl mix together brown sugar, vinegar, vegetable oil and mustard. 3.Thread ham and pineapple alternately onto skewers. 4.Lightly oil grill grate. Place skewers onto prepared grill and brush lightly with the brown sugar mixture. Cook for 6-8 minutes, turning frequently and basting often. Serve when heated through and richly glazed.
