Recipe Ingredients

  • 3 package Green Beans, frozen
  • 3 Green Onions, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup Butter
  • 1 pound Mushrooms, fresh, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon Salt

Instructions

  1. 1. Cook green beans according to package directions. Drain. 2. In a separate saucepan sauté onions in butter until transparent. 3. Add mushrooms and continue cooking until tender. 4. Combine with green beans. Salt to taste.
