Chili Verde Burritos

Recipe Ingredients

  • 2 Boullion Cubes, beef flavored
  • 2 cups Cheddar Cheese, grated
  • 4 Flour or Wheat Tortillas
  • 1 can Green Chile Peppers, 9 oz. can
  • 4 Pork Chops, boneless
  • 1 can Refried Beans, family size
  • 1/2 cups Sour Cream
  • 1 can Tomato Sauce, El Pato brand
  • 1 cup Water

Instructions

  1. Put chops, water and boullion cube in crock pot on high for 6-8 hours. Season with salt and pepper and garlic powder if desired. Shred meat (you can also cube meat before cooking it if preferred) and add El Pato sauce and green chilies. Use flour to thicken to desired consistency. Fill tortilla with 1/4 cup beans and cheese. Roll into a burrito shape. Smother with verde, more cheese and sour cream. Enjoy!
