Recipe Ingredients

  • 2 breast Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts, cooked and finely chopped
  • 3/4 cup Butter
  • 6 cups Chicken Broth
  • 3/4 cup Flour
  • 2 cups Milk

Instructions

  1. Cook chicken by baking or boiling. Allow to cool, and chop into small pieces. Melt butter in large sauce pan. Blend in flour and stir as it thickens. Add milk gradually and continue stirring and adding milk. Gradually add chicken broth. Cook until thickened, stirring as so not to burn. Stir in chicken and a dash of pepper.
