Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
cup Butter, melted
cans Cream of Chicken Soup
tablespoons Poppy Seeds
cup Ritz Crackers, crushed
pints Sour Cream
Boil chicken breasts until cooked. Cool and cut into bite-sized pieces. Layer chicken, soup, and sour cream, then Ritz crackers. Drizzle on melted butter. Sprinkle top with poppy seeds. Bake, uncovered, for 30 to 45 minutes at 325 to 350.
