Recipe Ingredients

  • 1 pound Salmon Filet
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoons Rice Vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Brown Sugar
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Minced Onions
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil

Instructions

  1. 1. In a medium bowl whisk together the olive oil, soy sauce, rice vinegar, brown sugar, garlic pepper, onion and sesame oil. 2. Place salmon fillet in a glass baking dish, skin side down. Make several shallow slashes in the pink part of the salmon. 3. Pour the liquid over the salmon. Cover and refrigerate 1-2 hours. 4. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Remove cover from salmon and bake about 30 minutes, or until fish can be flaked with a fork.
