Apple-Carrot Slaw with Pistachios

Recipe Ingredients

  • 6 cups Shredded Carrots
  • 4 medium Apples, cored and chopped
  • 1/4 cup Lemon Juice
  • 2 tablespoons Sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 cup Pistachios, chopped
  • 1 dash Salt

Instructions

  1. 1. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except the pistachios. 2. After mixed, toss in 1/2 cup pistachios. Season with salt to taste. 3. Cover and refrigerate until read to serve. Just before serving , sprinkle with remaining pistachios.
